Description:

Allows local governments to establish buffer zones of more than 1,000 feet around adult use cannabis and medical marijuana operations in the interest of public health and safety.] Becomes operative January 1, 2027. [Requires the Oregon Liquor and Cannabis Commission to adopt rules to require that marijuana items and inhalant delivery systems that contain industrial hemp-derived cannabinoids bear a label, or include an insert, describing certain risks of using marijuana items and inhalant delivery systems that contain industrial hemp-derived cannabinoids. Becomes operative July 1, 2027.] Takes effect on the 91st day following adjournment sine die.
